Welcome to Bakanos Restoration Service (“Bakanos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, scheduling services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

Bakanos Restoration Service provides residential and light commercial painting services, including but not limited to:

• Interior painting
• Exterior painting
• Surface preparation
• Minor drywall repair
• Pressure washing related to painting prep
• Basic trim and touch-up work

All services are performed based on the scope outlined in the written estimate or proposal provided to the client.

Any additional work requested outside of the approved scope will require a written change order and may result in additional charges.

Estimates & Scope of Work

All estimates are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, rotted wood, structural issues, water damage, mold, or previously concealed defects may require additional repairs and costs.

Color selections must be finalized before work begins. Delays in color selection may impact project timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide access to the property during scheduled work hours
• Remove fragile, valuable, or personal items from work areas
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from active work zones
• Provide access to utilities such as water and electricity if needed

Bakanos is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural defects, loose surfaces, or improper previous installations.

Deposits & Payment Terms

A deposit may be required prior to scheduling work. Deposit amounts will be stated in the estimate.

Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

Failure to make payment may result in collection efforts or legal action.

Scheduling & Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Material availability
• Unforeseen repairs
• Client delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Warranties

Bakanos may offer a limited workmanship warranty, as stated in your estimate or invoice.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by moisture, structural movement, or external factors
• Client-supplied materials

Manufacturer warranties apply to paint products and materials where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Bakanos Restoration Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel prior to the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased or scheduling commitments have been made.

Use of Project Photos

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Bakanos reserves the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes.

No personal information will be disclosed.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
